1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain an account with jya999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporate entity for the purpose of gambling.

jya999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a period of inactivity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

2 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jya999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes sent to your registered Bangladesh mobile number. Specifically:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your jya999 account.
• You must notify jya999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• jya999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorised it, until such time as you report a compromise to jya999 support.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on jya999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your BDT wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
• All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

4 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jya999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your BDT wallet. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions are specified in each individual promotion's terms and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion, forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

5 Game Rules and Sports Betting

All games and betting markets available on jya999 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or market. The following general principles apply across all gaming and betting activity:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jya999 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering an account for the purpose of circumventing account limits, self-exclusion, or promotional restrictions.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to access jya999, place bets, or conduct any activity that a human player would perform manually.
• Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or manipulate any game, RNG system, payment process, or bonus mechanic on the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime using jya999 as a vehicle, including depositing funds from criminal sources or using jya999 transactions to obscure the origins of funds.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jya999's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jya999 BDT wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jya999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcome history.
• Any service interruption, downtime, or technical failure caused by third-party providers, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Any losses suffered as a result of your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension or forfeiture resulting from prohibited conduct.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jya999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

10 Account Closure and Termination

Either party may close a jya999 account at any time. The following conditions apply:

• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are written and published exclusively in English. English is the sole authoritative language of this agreement. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency arising from a translation of any part of these Terms into another language, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
